GREAT TASTING (NON) POT OF COFFE, ONLY CON IS YOU HAVE TO GET USE TO ADDING WATER AND MEASUREMENTS, ONCE YOU ACCOMPLISH THAT (WHICH IS JUST NEW AND DIFFERENT) YOU WILL LOVE IT, KEEPS COFFE HOT BUT DOES NOT BURN IT.RECOMMEND.
Customer service said it was out of warranty.I wouldn't buy another Hamilton Beach product. You have to keep hitting the "on" button again and you can imagine how frustrating that is. My Brewmaster makes great coffee and we enjoyed it for three months but is now a total nuisance to use. It turns off automatically after one cup.
The only disadvantage is that the internal tank and coffee basket holder are not dishwasher safe (or so the disclaimer says) They are easy to clean, but still. Just put your cup underneath and the coffee pours out. Hamilton Beach 47665 BrewStation Plus 12-Cup Automatic Drip CoffeemakerThis drip coffeemaker is excellent. No pot to wash or burn the coffee.
Because products are constantly being "improved" I was not able to purchase same model. I think the foot print is larger, I know the water basket is, it is more difficult to handle.
I fill it with water to measure and pour into water reservoir, when it fills back up with coffee it is difficult to determine where the coffee level is, especially after dispensing a cup(s). I do not like the clear visible water gauge on this model.
My first HB Brew Station was one of the originals and I liked it a lot. It performs well and makes a great cup of coffee.
Other than these minor inconveniences, I like the Brew station fine and will probably purchase another one when the time comes. When it stopped pumping recently I decided to purchase another one.
This model is fine.
It has a nice, modern look that goes well with the other appliances in my kitchen. I love this coffee pot. I also had the old version (without the stainless steel plate on the front) and it lasted about 4.5 years and made great coffee the whole time. The only downside is it does take some practice to learn how to pour the water in without spilling it on the counter but it's really not that difficult. It brews hot, great tasting coffee. I also love that their is no carafe to deal with.
